Steps to do before completing an online purchase

When I am about to make a purchase online I will go to the website and put the item in the shopping cart.  I don't want to take the time for the next steps if what I am purchasing is out of stock or not in the size needed..  Then I open a new window and go to Retail Me Not and search for the store.  When I locate the store it will pull up shared information about possible coupon codes that are active, that may help me save additional money or get free shipping.

Then I open an additional window and check the cash back sites.  Each cash back site has different promotions, stores will have a different percent back that I can earn and may have a code I haven't found yet.  Once I have located the best site I log in and enter back to the original website through the cash back site.  My item in the shopping cart is still there and I can complete the purchase using any codes I have located and have my purchased tracked for the cash back.

I am learning that there are some other cash back sites, I have only used the following ones.  I use more than one site because some stores are only on one site and the percent varies sometimes by 6%.

Shop at Home on the home page on the right hand side down a little ways they have a WILD deal that updates each day along with a deal of the day which is a featured store at a higher percent back.  This site will issue a check after your reward total is over $20.00, and the purchases have been long enough to avoid returns, this is usually 3 months after you are over $20.  Click here to join.
Cashbaq has stores listed right on there home page to quickly see what percent they are offering back.  It is easy to search for the stores to see the additional information.

Ebates has a Daily Double for a store to increase there percent back.  They do not have a set dollar amount to issue a check, but do have a waiting period to avoid returns.
